Danielle Joy Fitness At Home Workout

Taking a class or strength training at the gym is great, but sometimes, you just want to get in a workout at home—or on vacation, or on a work trip, or wherever you may be. The workout below challenges your entire body. The best part? It requires no equipment, which means that you can do it anywhere. Scroll down to see this intense no equipment full-body home workout!

What to do:

Perform each move for the designated of reps with no rest between moves. Complete all exercises in each circuit. Rest 30 seconds between rounds. Repeat each circuit 3-4 times before going to the next circuit.

Circuit 1 will be used to warm-up your body. The goal here is to prepare your body for the workout that is ahead.

For an extra challenge, if you do have resistance bands or weights at home, try adding them to the circuits for an additional burn. Looking to build your own home gym? Here are some items to get you started

Circuit 1 (Repeat 2 times)

  • 30x Jumping Jacks
  • 20x Mountain Climbers
  • 20x High Knees
  • 20x Butt Kicks
  • 8x Inchworm to Pushups
  • 30-Seconds Rest

Circuit 2 (Repeat 3-4 times)

  • 20x Lunges
  • 12x Pushups
  • 25x Bicycle Crunches
  • 1-Minute Glute Bridge Hold with Pulse Up
  • 30-Seconds Rest

Circuit 3 (Repeat 3-4 times)

  • 20x Squats
  • 12x Tricep Dips
  • 25x Toe-Touch Crunches
  • 10x Burpees
  • 30-Seconds Rest
